The manufacturers now engaged in fitness and playground equipments in China are all in small production scale and few of their products are up to international standard.To say nothing of the manufacturers in the form of workshop, their products are even unable to reach China national standard. Because of the defects in raw materials and operation procedures, the quality of their equipments is foredoomed to failure, that’s why news on personal injury is often reported. Besides, as most equipments are stationed outdoors, their unprotected metal components are easily rusted and corroded after exposure for a time.

But even now most equipments from pioneer manufacturers overseas are still produced with metal components, that’s why we are so committed to researching and developing these two product lines. With our fully-developed technology on Vinyl Plastisol Coating and Recycled Plastic Timber, we are making great efforts to improve processed materials for sport and playground equipments. We will replace most metal components with our Recycled Plastic Timbers; and for those which cannot be replaced, we will make the metal surface coated with our Vinyl Plastisol. We are really expecting to provide superb sport and playground equipments, which are long-term valued and safety guaranteed, for people and children.
